Sauteed Mung Beans with Moringa Recipe

 1 cup Mung beans
 1 tbsp minced garlic
 1 medium-sized tomato, chopped
 1 medium-sized onion, chopped
 1 l water(for boiling)
 12 cups pulled malunggay leaves
 salt and pepper to taste
 virgin oil

Wash mung beans thoroughly and strain.

Soak beans in water and stir. Remove floating particles.

Pour in beans with water, and bring to a boil. Turn the heat down to medium heat and simmer, stir occasionally until beans are tender about 30-40 minutes.

Get a new pan or transfer the cooked mung beans into bowl.

Saute garlic, onion and tomato .

Pour the cooked mung beans. Add salt and pepper
Simmer for 3 minutes. Stir occasionally

Add the moringa . Boil for 3 minutes.
