Puto with cheese Recipe

 2 tbsp Softened butter
 1 cup All purpose flour
 6 tsp evaporated milk
 1 large egg white
 1 ½ tbsp baking powder
 ½ cup white sugar
 ½ cup Water (add 1 to 2 tbsp water if it gets too thick)
 Slices of Cheese (sachet)

Beat the egg . Separate the yolk and white
Put the white to the bowl. Set aside

Strain the flour together with white sugar and baking powder.
Sift to avoid lumps.
Put it in a bowl.

Add the evaporated milk , water ,softened butter and white egg.

Mix well until smooth.

Grease each molds with melted butter
Pour the batter until 3/4 full about 2 tbsp.

Steam for 9-10 minutes over the low flame.

Wrap the lid with cloth to absorb the water.

After 9-10 minutes put cheese slices on top.

Steam for another 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Remove from mold.
