Fried Chicken ( Filipino Style) Recipe

 ½ kg chicken thigh or wing part
 2 tbsp calamansi juice
 pinch of salt
 ground pepper
 1 tbsp chopped garlic
 1 tbsp chopped onion
 1 tsp soy sauce
 breading mix ( crispy fry for 1/2 kl.)
 1 egg
 cooking oil( for deep fry)

Beat the egg. Separate the white and yellow. Save the egg yolk . Set aside .

Mix the egg, pepper, salt, onion , garlic, soy auce and calalmansi juice in a bowl.
Add chicken

Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Pour the breading mix to the container that has cover. Add the marinated chicken .
Shake well till the chicken well coated.

Heat the cooking oil with medium heat.
Add cooking oil enough for the deep fry.

When the cooking is already hot .
Deep the chicken to the cooking oil.
Cook until both sides turn brown .

Put it in a plate . Serve hot.
You can make a sauce like vinegar with soy sauce.
Vinegar ,soy sauce and with garlic or ketchup.
Enjoy!
