Chicken Liver Steak Recipe

 1/2 kg. Chicken liver
 2 whole garlic minced
 1/4 cup soy sauce
 2 medium sized onion ringed
 1 tsp. chopped ginger
 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
 4 tbsp. canola oil
 2 hardboiled eggs sliced
 2 stalks of green onions sliced for garnish
 4 pcs.calamansi

Mix the calamansi juice, soy sauce, garlic, ground pepper, and ginger together for 1 hour or more.


Heat oil in frying pan at low fire.


Put the marinated liver to the frying pan, fry on both sides but do not over cook, set aside.


On the same pan, add the onions and cook it until soft.
