Beef Steak or Bistek

 1 lb Beef 1/4 cut size
 1 tsp calamansi juice
 ¼ cup soy sauce
 ½ tsp black ground pepper
 1 large onion cut into strings
 salt to taste
 3 tbsp canola oil ( cooking oil)
 ½ cup soup stock

Marinate beef in soy sauce , calamansi juice , pepper , and salt for at least an hour.

Heat cooking oil in a pan , and stir fry onions until light brown . Set aside

Fry beef in a pan until it gets brown( without the marinate sauce ) .
Add soup stock bring boil until it gets tender.

Put the fried beef and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until meat is tender. Add water as needed.

Season to taste. Garnish with onion rings. Serve hot.
