Bananacue Recipe

 30 pcs. ripe sabana banana, peeled
 1 kg brown sugar
 2 l cooking oil
 bamboo skewers

Preheat oil.

Deep fry bananas medium heat.

When the bananas turn light brown add the sugar and stir it constantly until the sugar melts.

Make sure to coat the banana with brown sugar.

Turn the heat off and thread the bananas onto skewers
